Participants must always follow our code of conduct at all times, If any player is unable to comply with the laser tag Harlow safety instructions they will be excluded from play without a refund. This can be found below.
A waiver form must be completed correctly by all those participating in laser tag activity, if not completed, you will not be able to play and will not receive a refund. Waivers can be found below.
Every booking is subject to laser tag Harlow's availability and discretion. IF, however, the date you choose is not available for any reason, then a suitable alternative date will be offered to you. Please book as early as possible and we suggest you book at least one week before the day you would like to attend.
Laser tag Harlow will not refund all or any proportion of the event fee if the participant is unable to attend the event, if the event is unable to be held, or once the participant has participated in the event. This policy is non-discriminatory and, so as to provide fairness and clarity to all participants, LaserTag Harlow cannot take account of any individual circumstances. LaserTag Harlow may postpone bookings if required, provided more than 48 hours’ notice is given. If in the event laser tag Harlow is unable to hold a booked event, the event will be postponed to an agreeable date.
Any online offers are only available if prebooked and prepaid both during the time of the offer and prior to the event date.
On the day of play, if anyone from your group has not arrived, those players' payments are not transferable.
